Refunds
Refunds can be processed directly inside the Order Details page.

Types of Refunds
Full Refund
Returns the full amount to the customer.
Partial Refund
Specify an amount to refund.
Example:
Customer receives €8 refund for a missing item.

Stripe
- Full & partial refunds supported
- Processed instantly
- Reflected in Stripe dashboard
PayPal
- Same as Stripe
- Reflected in PayPal dashboard
Payconiq
- Supports refunds depending on merchant settings
Cash / Card (POS)
Handled manually → mark as refunded.
How to Refund
- Open the order
- Click “Refund”
- Choose full or partial
- Confirm
Tracking Refunds
Refunds appear:
- Inside the payment section
- In exports (future update)
- In your payment provider dashboard
