Reservations allow customers to book a table online before arriving.

Reservation Options


Allow Online Reservations

Enables your booking page.


Require Manual Confirmation

Each reservation requires staff approval before being accepted.

Useful when:

  • Limited seats
  • VIP reservations
  • High demand days

Credit Card Pre-Authorization (No-Show Protection)

Customers must enter a credit card.
If they don’t show up, a fee can be charged.

Settings include:

  • Pre-authorized amount
  • Fee charged on no-show

Booking Limits

  • Maximum days in advance
  • Minimum hours before arrival

Example:

  • Max 30 days in advance
  • Min 2 hours before reservation

Customer Experience

The customer will see:

  • Available time slots
  • Table assignment if required
  • Confirmation email or pending status
