Auto-Accept
Automatically confirms new online orders without staff intervention.
Batch Update
Action applied to multiple products at once (pricing, activation, KDS assignment).
Client Display Screen
Screen that shows order status to customers (Ready / Preparing / Confirmed).
Polygon Delivery Zone
Custom-shaped delivery area drawn on a map.
Local Queue
Temporary offline storage of unsent orders.
KDS Assignment
Mapping products → preparation stations.
Order Lifecycle
Pending → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Delivered.
POS Device Sync
Synchronization between multiple devices inside the same establishment.
Radius Zone
Delivery zone defined by a distance radius (e.g., 5 km).
Source of Truth
The server database used to resolve conflicts after offline mode ends.
Stateless QR Code
Static QR that always points to the same table (no dynamic routing).
