Offline Mode allows the POS to continue functioning even without internet.

What Works Offline
- Create orders
- Add items
- Manage cart
- Save orders (locally)
- Print receipts (local printers only)
What Does NOT Work Offline
- Online payments
- Sending orders to KDS (requires connection)
- Delivery module
- Customer data lookup
- Table status syncing
Syncing After Reconnection
When internet returns:
- Pending orders sync automatically
- KDS receives queued orders
- Delivery availability is restored
- Payment status updates
Best Practices
💡 Use local network printers for offline printing
💡 Avoid delivery orders offline
💡 Notify staff when device enters offline mode
